History & Experience

The history and experience of Cronin Cabinets really begins with Jack. After graduating from Boston Trade School's Cabinet Making Program, Jack and his new bride Mary moved into a house that also stood as a "building project". At this time, he also had a cabinet making business with a fellow graduate and friend Roy Hamlin of Hamlin Cabinets.

In 1959 he left to build houses first in Kingston, NH and then in Sturbridge, MA. The Sturbridge development is called Walker Pond Estates. In 1971 he again devoted his energies to cabinet making. It was at this time that Cronin Cabinets was begun.

Jack's classic training and vast experience, and demand for the highest quality work will stand your projects in good stead. There are few craftsmen left, but Cronin Cabinets is full of them. He has trained his children with the skills and standards he learned, assuring that everything Cronin Cabinets project is of the highest quality.
